Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had an enjoyable stay at this resort, particularly because of the amazing hot springs and mud baths that elevated our experience, even though the weather could have been better. The facilities were great, and the staff made us feel very valued; however, the room could use some improvements and the service needed a bit more warmth, especially at the reception. Overall, it’s a nice spot if you want a relaxing getaway.
My mother and I had a wonderful week at the resort, enjoying the friendly staff and great breakfast. The hot-spring pools were fantastic and our room was comfortable. However, we faced some issues with service during our stay, and I was disappointed with the response to a missing coffee spoon, which made me feel unwelcome. Overall, it's a great place to relax, but there are areas that could use improvement.
Our stay at the resort was mixed. We loved the clean and newly built villa with a private hot pool, making it convenient for our kids. However, we encountered issues with mosquitoes and a less-than-friendly reception experience. While the mud bath facilities were intriguing, they came with a hefty price tag that we didn't experience. Overall, it has great amenities but needs improvement in customer service.
I had a pleasant stay at this resort, as the hot springs were definitely a highlight, and the accommodations were modern and stylish. My family particularly loved the private hot pool in our villa, making it easy for us to relax without going far. However, the service was hit or miss, with some staff members being less friendly than expected, and I experienced an unexpected charge for a missing coffee spoon, which really dampened the mood. Additionally, the dining options were quite limited and could use improvement.
My stay at Minera Binh Chau was quite the experience. The resort has transformed beautifully, with stunning scenery and well-maintained pathways. The room I stayed in was clean and cozy, and while the dining options were excellent, the service left a bit to be desired. I had a great time enjoying the hot springs, but I had a somewhat unpleasant checkout experience due to a missing coffee spoon charge, which slightly dampened the overall visit.
